We have 3 conference rooms for up to 350 delegates. Our Bay View Suite and Ballroom, but also our private conference room holding up to 25 delegates.
We can arrange any style of meeting, conference or training event you may wish to hold. All delegates attending your event are entitled to discounted room rates, a wide variety of food and drink services to the meeting room and full access to all our on-site facilities.
Styles of Set up we can Provide
Boardroom – Ideal for formal meetings. The group is compact and discussion is facilitated as every delegate can see each other.
Cabaret – Facilitates working in small groups. Tables usually seat 8 to 10 pax. Great for social or gala events.
Theatre – For professional presentations, the speaker can be elevated on a stage or podium and seating is tiered to the back to ensure a clear view for all.
Classroom – a comfortable education environment where each conference attendee has a table and ample workspace.
Fish Bone - More intimate than Classroom layout meaning attendees can see each other as well as the trainer/presenter.
U-shape – enables and encourages open discussion, combines the intimacy of boardroom set up with a clear view to the front of the room.

Plus telephone with speakerphone function, catering services available and use of an LCD projector and screen if required.
The Hotel is easily accessible via the new relief road from Dorchester into Weymouth. Direct train links through Bristol Temple Meads and London Waterloo, within 25 miles of Bournemouth International Airport and easy transport into the town centre.

From the 23rd of February every Sunday in the ballroom 'Arts and Crafts' hosted by My Events.
Tea Dance is held every Tuesday afternoon in the Riviera Ballroom from 3pm till 5pm for £4 includes tea and coffee and locally sourced cakes. Tuition from 2pm.
