The Riviera Hotel is now open and guests are now able to enjoy the new facilities at the hotel.

The Riviera Hotel will soon open a brand new Reception and Lounge area, plus the new “Bowleaze Restaurant” which can seat up to 180 people, which is due for completion first week of May. The Restaurant will serve fresh, first class quality local produce at affordable prices to both residents and the general public. In the meantime it is possible to enjoy coffee, lunch and evening meals in the Riviera Room on the 1st floor. As a special opening offer, diners can enjoy a bottle of complimentary wine when eating in the Bowleaze Restaurant (subject to terms and conditions). Dinner guests will be invited to take a guided tour of the new rooms and facilities.
All 98 bedrooms have been completely renovated and refurbished with new ensuite bathrooms, plasma screen TVs, handpainted canvases and exclusive furnishings in stylish surroundings. Guests will be able to take up the opening offer of a double room for bed and breakfast for the reduced price of just £99 for the room (offer closes 30 June 2012 ).

The refurbished Leisure Suite has a 14 metre indoor swimming pool. The large heated outside 40m pool overlooking Weymouth Bay will reopen in May 2012 together with the Poolside sun terrace and sun loungers will also be available during the summer months. The multi gym will also reopen with first class gym equipment, work out suite, and fitness instructors on hand. The Hotel also has a Sauna and Steam room. Memberships will be available for guests and members of the public. All facilities will be open 12 months of the year.
The Rivieria Hotel hosted its first wedding on 14th April and has already taken many functions and wedding bookings for 2012 and 2013. During May 2012, the Riviera Hotel will play host to the Wessex FM Local Hero Awards and also the Weymouth & Portland Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner. In July the hotel will provide accommodation to many Olympic visitors, however the facilities will remain open to day visitors and local guests.

The Riviera Hotel also provides extensive Business Conference facilities, from a simple coffee meeting to full corporate hospitality services, the hotel can accommodate up to 300 delegates in one of its 3 function areas.
